- Janey LopezMay 05, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst in home service received. My riding lawn mower has a rattling noise when I first run it and then goes away after running awhile. The home repair guy didn't check to see what might be causing the noise. He said that was normal, i said after having my mower 2013 it had never done that. He also didn't even check to see why in the last couple of months that while stepping on brake lawn mower wouldn't start, or check to see why lawn mower didn't move forward after putting it in gear, or why my key gets stuck sometimes. This guy was the laziest I have ever seen. He just didn't feel like checking out anything. Now I'm out of luck cause my repair protection plan has expired. Will never buy from Sears again if they can't have home repair guys that aren't LAZY.
