    Far off the beaten path, 15 miles from Waco. Not very good sites, trailer on broken up concrete. Shower/ bathroom was dirty ( both genders). Floors not mopped in along time. Cobwebs coming down from ceiling. Old, chipped, dirty faucet sink. One person at a time per bathroom/shower room. Had some full time trailer settings that looked kind of trashy ( glad the people had a place to live, but this place DOES NOT DESERVE to be in the Good Sam listing book.
    We WOULD NOT return here, nor recommend this place to friends.
