  I don’t normally do reviews but I wanted to do one for the General Manger name LaQuita (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong) she was fantastic! Our room key stopped working and went down to the front desk to get a new one and she was very apologetic. She fixed our keys and we ended up standing there for a little bit having a conversation. She made my girlfriend and I feel so welcomed. She was curious on what we were doing in Waco and I advised her we came to see the Silos and check out the Magnolia Table, she ended up giving us a few pointers on what to do around the the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone just because of her! I was a little sad that we met her on our last night. We went up stairs to get ready to go out to eat and came back down and she was gone. But I just want to say thank you, you made us feel so welcomed! You rock! :)
