    A recent lightning storm knocked out our air conditioning (on a very warm day), and this happened to us on a Saturday. Not only did they send out a terrific technician exactly when we needed them, but he had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes of arriving at our home. I also have to say that their annual maintenance plan has easily saved us over $1,000 per year because I KNOW it has lowered our electricity bills, and also prevented us from much more costly repairs (plus it gave us a discount on the few repairs we have needed). I feel very blessed to have found P & E for all of our air conditioning repair and service needs!
